Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy a digital product (such as a planner, tracker or template) from The Total Woman Concept. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain.

1. Who sells to you

Our checkout is run by a third-party payment provider that acts as the merchant of record. It processes your payment, handles any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. The Total Woman Concept creates the products and provides support.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown on the product page. Where we display prices in your local currency, they are a guide; the exact amount you pay is the one shown at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on where you live.

3. Delivery

Our products are digital. Straight after payment you’ll receive a download link on screen and by email. If you don’t receive it within an hour, check your spam folder, then email empower@thetotalwomanconcept.com and we’ll sort it out.

4. Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may:

  • download, save, print and use it as many times as you like for your own life;
  • make copies for your own backup.

You may not:

  • share, resell, give away or upload the files, in whole or in part;
  • claim the designs as your own or use them in products you sell.

All products, designs and content remain the property of The Total Woman Concept.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t normally offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. But we want you to be happy, so:

  • If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t as described, email us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll fix it or send a replacement, and if we can’t, we’ll give you a full refund.
  • If you bought the same product twice by mistake, we’ll refund the duplicate.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

6. Not financial advice

Our planners, trackers and articles are general information and tools to help you organise your life and money. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. For decisions about your personal situation, please speak to a qualified professional.

7. Liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and reliable, but we provide them “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from how you use them. Please keep your own backups of any files you fill in.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
